ACC’s Strategic Plan positions the College and its members for success in achieving the ACC’s Mission to transform cardiovascular care and improve heart health as cardiovascular disease remains the #1 cause of mortality worldwide. Over the last seven decades the College has been the place for cardiovascular professionals to learn, grow and share and will remain so as we realize the ACC’s Vision of a world where innovation and knowledge optimize cardiovascular care and outcomes.
The College is guided by this Strategic Plan which charts a course for the College to achieve four Strategic Goals. We will achieve these Strategic Goals by living out the ACC’s Core Values – Patient-Centered, Teamwork and Collaboration, and Professionalism and Excellence.
